Survey Requirements:
Step 3: Once your teacher has signed off on your questions, it is time to pilot your surveys. Before you give your surverys to a great number of people, you first want to see if the survey makes sense, that people are able to answer the questions, and that it provides you with the information that you want. To pilot your surveys, you need to give the survey to two other students in class. You should watch as they take the survey; and note any problems they have. You will use the information you get from the pilot test to make changes to your survey so that it will provide better information when it comes time to do the real survey. Step 4: Due to time constraints, a minimum of 20 surveys must be completed. Although you are only required to survey twenty people, keep in mind that the more information you gather, the better picture you will have of your customers and their needs and desires. Step 5: Having conducted your surveys, it is now time to analyze the data you have collected. Remember, you are looking to answer the questions that have been posed in the customer analysis requirement. You also want to look for any trends or surprises. Step 6: Organize your data into a concise summary report that you will include in your market/competitive analysis report. Click here for a Section II sample and requirements. |
