Mark, Brian, and Raisa’s teams will work as a cohort on the same projects throughout the year. Mark will lead a neuroscience experiment/research project in the first trimester, Raisa will conduct a food show project in the second trimester, and Brian will facilitate a forensic science project in the third trimester followed by a boat engineering project that all 7th and 8th-grade teachers will manage. All 7th and 8th-grade students will meet once or twice a week for project components to be explained and demonstrated to them before heading back to their individual teams to complete their work. The 7th and 8th-grade teams will also come together to complete challenges and participate in field trips together throughout the year. To learn more about our projects, click on the icons below!
